I designed it with women in corporate roles in mind: the ones quietly looking for their next job while still at work, or getting ready to come back after a break. But there’s nothing in it that only works for women. If you work in a corporate role and you’re ready for your next one, it’s made for you.
Very unlikely, if you follow the Sprint. There’s no green frame around your photo announcing “please hire me” to everyone you’ve ever worked with. Your job preferences go to recruiters only, and LinkedIn keeps them from the recruiters at your own company. No setting is fully sealed, though: an outside agency your company works with could still see them. And if word gets back? Being open to offers doesn’t paint a red flag on you. Being wanted elsewhere is a reason to hold on to you, and to stop assuming you’ll still be there next year, at the same level, on the same money.
Then the Sprint is exactly what you need. LinkedIn has changed a lot in the last year, starting with the AI that now reads your profile before any recruiter does. You don’t need to know any of it: each day starts from where you are, and every step shows you where to tap, on your phone or your laptop.
Fifteen to twenty minutes a day. It’s the LinkedIn update you keep putting off, minus the “ugh, this is so boring” and the “I don’t even know where to start”. No live sessions to show up for, no long theory to sit through: you open the day, do the steps, and you’re done. Miss a day? Pick up where you left off.
No, because what goes in is yours. Before any AI is involved, the Sprint asks for your own experience, in your own words. The AI only helps with the wording, and you decide what stays. It works with the one you already use: ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, free versions included.
No. The Sprint walks you through your first post, from the idea to the last line, and you can use the same steps for every post after that. Then you find your rhythm: one a week, or one every two weeks if that’s your honest pace. What counts is having something to say, not how often you say it.
No. Everything in the Sprint is built to get the most out of a free account.
I wish I could promise you that, but nobody honest can. Interviews depend on your profile, on what the market is asking for, and on things none of us controls, like a company’s budget or timing. What the Sprint does is turn everything you can control in your favour.
